Our goal is to make Gluten-Free food a part of everyday life, instead of something ‘different’ or ‘exclusively available’.

Gluten-free ranges are becoming more widely available in places such as supermarkets, and although on the surface it seems as though products are everywhere, it’s not always the case.

 

The apparent divide in the availability of food becomes more noticeable when people go travelling. Whether they fancy a day at the beach, are heading to an airport or even a train station - there just aren’t enough choices.

Stephanie was born and raised in France and has lived in the UK since 2007. After being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2011, she was placed on a lactose-free diet, but it wasn’t until 2015 that she was put onto a gluten-free diet and learned more about Coeliacs.  

 

Stephanie’s aim is to help people with Gluten related condition and other food intolerances live a happier and healthier life by connecting them to their local bakers and chefs.
